Comparisonitus. Most of us suffer with it. Whether it is in our relationships, at work or as a parent, we look at others and think they're living a more successful life. Not only is it not true but there are very important reasons why you need to nip this nasty habit in the bud. Here are 5 reasons why.

Except this desire fuels a need to prove your worth, and before you know it, your sense of value is determined by how much you can help and please others.
